We provide counsel on employment matters and have significant experience defending employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour claims before the IDHR, EEOC, Cook County Human Rights Commission, and the IDOL. We represent dealerships in franchise disputes as well as administrative code violation hearings before the City of Chicago.

Miller Berger aggressively defends statutory-based claims filed by customers and employees, such as those arising out of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (“ICFA”), the Biometric Information Protection Act (“BIPA”), the Truth In Lending Act (“TILA”), the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, and others.
