Maggie is a skilled Real Estate and M&A Paralegal who assists with commercial contracts, commercial real estate, and corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements. She works on all aspects of due diligence for real estate and commercial transactions. She also assists with corporate compliance and in the preparation of corporate governance documents. Maggie received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northern Illinois University and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from William Rainey Harper College.
